Stage Make-up Workshop
Grades 6-12
Saturday, March 29 from 10am-2pm
Learn the fundamentals of applying stage make-up! Students will learn the basic tools of the trade and discuss how to build a character through make-up. Through hands on tutorials, and guided applications each student will have the chance to apply and transform with make-up!
Cost: $25 per student (includes make-up). Family Discount: $40 for two family members, $50 for three or more in the same family

Instructor Sallie Keena began her 10-year career as a makeup artist while studying film at VCU, when she was asked to create Film Noir makeup looks for a student film. Since then, she has honed her skills as key makeup artist for film and television productions in Seattle, Los Angeles, Baltimore and DC, won accolades as a brand ambassador for MAC and NARS, and while creating characters for the short films she has written, directed, and acted in.
