Description: For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs...who just happened to be there too. A tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.
CFTC’s popular Performing Camp returned for Summer 2021 with a fun and exciting play. This four-week camp was committed to bringing more opportunities for experienced young actors and theatre techs. Campers auditioned for roles at the start of camp and rehearsed the show throughout the four weeks. All campers contributed to tech by safely creating their set, costumes, and props. Additionally, the camp offered campers only interested in technical theatre to help run the lights, sound, and work as a stage management team. Led by a team of experienced CFTC counselors and staff, campers learned every aspect of the theatre process as they worked together as a team to bring to life a creative story full of wonderful characters. Former camp attendees have been featured on the stages of Ford’s Theatre and Signature Theatre.

In accordance with the Virginia Department of Health (VDH), CFTC is requiring the use of masks inside Katherine Johnson Middle School as stated: Effective July 1, all students, faculty, staff, and visitors aged 5 years and older (regardless of vaccination status) in public and private K-12 indoor school settings in Virginia, are required to wear masks as per Public Health Emergency Order and CDC recommendations. This Order will be effective until July 25, 2021.
